PACKAGING

Our company has technology of packaging very extensive being able to packet from 2 Kgs. to 10 Kgs. in order then to consolidate them in bundles (thermo pack, or Kraft paper pack) or pallet.

For the external market the product is consolidated in containers of 40´ Std. or 40´ High Cube according to the requested modality.

SECURITY

Both products are controlled and processed complying with all the norms of security indicated by the International Maritime Organization, certifying their security for the transportation and commercialization in the American and European market such as in supermarkets as in gas stations.

The objective is to achieve that the paper bags and the different modalities of packing comply with the national and international norms.

The controls performed by Citenem (Central of Investigation of containers and packing - INTI) and the experience achieved after 14 years of activity permitted to achieve the mentioned objective.

For the production of their bags Briquetas Conimex S.A. requires to the suppliers the utilization of roles manufactured with long fiber (Coníferas, Pinus Radiata, D.GIFT) and that possess a coarseness (weight of fiber - long of fiber) adequate. This confers the paper an excellent characteristics of resistance. In order to promoting even more the physic – mechanic characteristics of the role during the process of production in the phase of dried it is conferred with a micro coated through a clupack extendible unit. This micro coated is the responsible for the extensibility of the role, fundamental characteristic in the capacity to absorb bags blows.

Another important characteristic is the porosity that possesses this role; this avoids the break of the bag by burst. The bags that the company commercializes are of stated characteristics and utilize for their close wig paper sewn with thread mixture (cotton - nylon) that assures their airtightness. It is a clean and sure packing that besides, for its transportation and movement until arriving to the place of sale, is protected with a handbag of thermo pack.
